Tater Tot Casserole

Foil pans are available in the Multi- Purpose Room kitchen for you to use. Please make this ahead of time and freeze it. Please do not bake it. Bring it to Calvary by 12-noon the Tuesday of the NEW Community Shelter meal, label it, and put it either in the freezer or the refrigerator in the MPR kitchen. Thank you!

Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground beef
• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
• 1- 32oz package of tater tots
• 2 medium onions
• 1 lb frozen mixed vegetables OR 2 cans of green beans

Brown the ground beef and diced onions. Drain. Combine the meat mixture, soup, and vegetables. Mix thoroughly and pour into a 9 x 13 disposable aluminum pan (from Calvary). Top with tater tots. Cover with foil.
